  • How long will my print take to arrive?

    Because I use a drop shipping service, orders are sent to your closest printer the moment you click purchase. This reduces the cost, time, and environmental impact of shipping. The only exception to this is prints ordered on 100% watercolour paper, as this is only available from printers in the UK. Allow some extra time for these if you are located outside the UK.

    Once ordered, the prints are generally dispatched 24-48 hours later. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but here is a general guide:

    UK to UK - 2-3 working days
    EU to EU - 5-7 working days
    US to US shipping - 4-6 working days
    Australia to Australia - 2-5 working days
    Australia to New Zealand - 7-10 working days
    UK/EU to Canada or US shipping -10-15 working days
    UK/EU to Rest of the world - 10-15 working days

    *Please note that shipping times and availability are influenced by global events and factors outside my control, and are subject to change. But I will do what I can to ensure the shipping process is as smooth as possible for you.

    What do I do if my order does not arrive?

    Please contact me if your order has not arrived within the expected time frame provided by your delivery service, and I will endeavour to solve the issue.

    Will I have to pay customs fees?

    Customs policies are ever changing and vary widely from country to country. To avoid any unwelcome surprises, please check your local customs office to see if duties and taxes will be applied to your purchases.

  • What if I am not happy with the product I receive?

    I want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. But if you’re unhappy with your print, just contact me and we can discuss the issue. If the item is returned, undamaged, within 14 days of you receiving it, I will refund the purchase price (shipping/postage excluded).

    What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

    Refunds are offered to customers who receive damaged/incorrect items. Contact me when you receive your order, with details of the damage/error, and I will sort out the issue with you.

  • When you buy a print or original painting, you buy the physical item only. The copyright remains with Jessie Beaty. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or otherwise utilise the artwork without written permission from Jessie Beaty.
